I stayed in this place for a couple of weeks and I found it quite pleasant. The location is great, within walking distance of the underground, bus stops, supermarkets, and restaurants. The room where I stayed was small, but bigger than I expected. It was very clean, which is great. Everything worked as expected, a nice fridge, stove, microwave, and kitchen utensils. There was enough space to place my clothes and suitcase. It has a table fan in the room, which is great as, for me, the room was quite warm, even with the heater off. The bathroom and shower are small, but enough to feel comfortable. Considering that the place is central and there is a pub in the corner, it was relatively quiet in the evening. They have a nice garden to chill in and a laundry room that people can use for free, which is very nice if you are staying several days. A place I will come back to for sure!

A small but well thought out room with a large comfortable bed, plenty of power-points sensibly sited and an opening window. The room is heated by a large vertical radiator which was very efficient at heating the room. There was a desk/table and two fold-out chairs, but it would be a bit cramped to have share the table with two people. The bathroom was also very small, but contained a shower, 2/3 sized handbasin toilet and shower. the shower was efficient and controllable and the plug in the handbasin worked correctly (many don't). The room was clean and very quiet until 06:30 when workers at the nearby HS2 site arrived for work. The property is extremely well-sited with Euston, Euston Square and Warren Street stations withing a few hundred yards. There are multiple supermarkets, pubs and restaurants less than 200 yards.

Second stay in 10 days and was assigned the same room as before. Oddly my review from the previous visit has disappeared from the reviews section even though I give the property a 9/10 rating???? Anyway, the room was comfortable and clean with a good double bed (better for a solo traveller as bed is accessible from one side only). A window that could be opened overlooking a quiet side street close to Euston and Euston Square stations. Lots of power points sensibly located and a well-equipped kitchen. The room was quite small, so good for shorter stays (1-4 days), but less ideal for extended visits. The room has a LOT of storage-space, both enclosed and open shelving, and a good dining/working desk.

As I was arriving too late (23:25), I was sent to the other Studios2let to collect the keys, when arriving I found a lovely blonde lady from Germany (i´m describing her as I asked her for her name to make a lovely review but I forgot...so sorry) whom make my arriving really nice with a lovely chat while she let me charge my dead mobile phone at reception. This allowed me to found the way to my room, only few minute from there. At my arrival I found a compact studio with all you need (kitchen, oven, ketlle, dishes, cups, et..). I agree is a small space , but cost, quality and location makes sense to me. Again, for me the best on my stay was the lovely receptionist

It's close to Euston Square station about 5 min, one direct subway stop from St Pancras train station. (Don't mix it up with Euston station, an 8 min walk away). It's calm and quiet, spacious enough for one person, might be a bit tight for a couple, but doable. Everything worked. The cooking supplies and appliances were spotless. It was nice to be able to leave my luggage after check-out the day of my departure. They kindly let me check in earlier than usual with no extra fees. I would recommend this place and stay here again if l needed to be in that part of London.
